The 2015 Games relied on thousands of volunteers, recruited from across Ontario and beyond. They welcomed visitors, supported athletes, worked at venues and helped run transport and accreditation.
Volunteering today
Many of those volunteers went on to help at other events. If you want to volunteer at sport in Toronto today, contact local sports clubs, provincial sport organisations and the venues listed in our venues guide, which regularly look for help with competitions.
